Sceptre had the opportunity to be a part of American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Walnut, CA on June 27th. Our employees formed a team and volunteered their time to contribute to the cause.
If you’ve never heard of Relay for Life, let me briefly fill you in. RFL is American Cancer Society’s biggest fundraising event where communities unite to fight back against cancer. Funds are raised for cancer research and important programs hosted by The American Cancer society to help cancer patients with their battle.
Sceptre was able to contribute over $3,500 to the event. Relay for Life raffled off Two 42” Sceptre LED HDTVs, Two Sound bars, and multiple Bluetooth Speakers to some lucky raffle winners!
Our booth was constantly filled with bright smiles and happy souls. We hosted a trivia game where we tested participants on their knowledge of healthy living. Everyone walked away a winner with cool prizes such as Sceptre headphones and Bluetooth speakers.
It was a great opportunity for us to meet so many inspiring and positive people. This event bound us all together in a fight towards a common goal- to find a cure for cancer. With every step, we move closer to finding a cure for cancer.
Sceptre strongly believes in giving back to the community and supporting causes such as the American Cancer Society.
